QiGong
Qigong (pronounced ch'i kung) is an internal standing or sitting Chinese meditative practice which uses slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to promote the circulation of qi (energy) within the human body, and enhance a practitioner's overall health.
There are three main reasons why people do qigong: 1) To gain strength and improve health 2) To breathe deeper to have less stress 3) To reduce pain in the body.

Qigong for Health
Are you having trouble studying and/or concentrating? Do you lack energy and feel listless? It is very likely that you are experiencing some sort of blockage in the energy meridians of your body. In this introductory session, you can learn some simple Chinese breathing techniques and body movements called Qigong (pronounced "chee gung") to help remove these blockages. You will also learn some basic acupressure points to tap on your body to insure that your energy meridians stay open, balanced, and are not reversed (you'll learn a simple test for this, and how to fix this common condition).
